Systemic Therapy

Systemic Therapy considers clients as systems, that is, families or relevant people around them. Sessions usually involve clients attending with members of their system; this may be close family members, partners, close friends, or other people important to them. Systemic Therapy may also take place as couples.

The therapy involves the system working out solutions to the problems faced by the client and the system as a whole. Sessions may be weekly, but may also be fortnightly or even monthly.

Please don’t hesitate to contact us at Twenty20 Psychology to discuss your Systemic Therapy requirements.
